•Provide order and selection assistance
• Print invitations (printing cost may be accessed)
• Assemble, address, and mail wedding invitations
(excluding postage cost)
• Coordinate all RSVP mail
DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING
We will...
•Assist in dress shopping
•Attend dress fitting if needed
•Arranged for alternation of wedding dress if needed.
• Assist in tuxedo rental
•Assist bride and groom with items to be purchased
•Print program
•Assist with wedding favor selection
•Discuss different room layout options for the reception and the ceremony.
•Coordinating rehearsal
•Arrange transportation for the event

YOUR SPECIAL DAY
We will...
•Transport wedding items to the ceremony and/or reception site
•Layout guest cards, table cards and seating chart
•Decorate wedding reception and ceremony site (price does not include floral, rentals, or other items used)
•Oversee wedding gifts, and determine who will pick them up
•Coordinating logistics for the entire day of wedding and reception
•Oversee cake cutting
•Provide staff to assist with set up and clean up
•Oversee cleanup
•Return rental items if necessary
A LITTLE EXTRA
We will...
•Charge not travel fees for all meetings (Austin/San Marcos/San Antonio Area)
•Provide regular e-mail reminders on wedding tasks that still need to be completed
